What information do I need to create an account?

Name, Address, contact number, credit card, phone number to refill and plan to be refilled.

How do I create an account?

Just click sign up on the home page and follow the steps.

After creating an account what's my next step?

You will receive an email that your account has been activated with your login pin and you could start doing refills.

How long does it usually take to receive the activations email?

In most cases 15 minutes but it could take up to 24 hours.

How do I refill my phone?

1. Click on refill now
2. Enter the number you'd like to refill
3. Enter your pin
4. Click on I want to stay with this plan or; I want to change my plan
5. Select credit card
6. Check agree to the terms and conditions
7. Click and on Review and confirmv 8. Done!!

How do I add a number to an existing account?

After logging in to your account click on "add a line" and fill in the form. Please note for security purposes the number will not be added to your account until we verify that the number belongs to the correct customer. We will send you an email when it's active.

Can I refill more than one phone at the same time?

At this time you will need to login separately with the same pin to each number you would like to refill.

Can I change my account pin?

No. the pin is system generated and can't be changed.

I forgot my pin how do I retrieve it?

Click on "forgot pin" and an email with your pin will be generated.

How long would it take for a refill to be completed?

In most cases your phone will be refilled instantly. But if your phone is not refilled within 15 minutes please call customer service at 718-831-7007.

Can I change plans?

Yes you can. Just click I want to change my plan and you will have all the plans for your carrier.

Can I have more than one number on the same account?

Yes you can, click on "add another phone" by phone info.

How do I go back a step?

Click on the Go Back button.

In what format do I enter my number?

Enter your 10 digit phone number. For example: 718-831-7007

If I don't see my carrier by the carrier list can I refill it?

We could refill most carriers, not all carriers could be done automatically. Just give us a call at 718-831-7007 and we will verify if we can do the refill.

If I port my number to a different prepaid company how can I update my account with the new carrier?

You will need to call customer service to have this updated or submit a contact us form.

What credit cards can be used for refills?

Visa, Master, Discover and Amex are accepted.

Are there any hidden surcharges or fees?

No, there are no surcharges or hidden fees, (what you see is what you pay)

Can I change my default card?

Yes, when adding a card you will have the option to save as default or not.

Is there any credit card or processing fees?

No, there are no transactions or processing fees.

Is there any tax on top of the transaction?

For NYS customer there is an 8.875% tax on all transactions.

What is CVV/Cvs and where do I find it?

The CVV code is your credit card security code.

Where do I find my CVV/Cvs?

Visa, Master and Discover it's the 3 digits on the back of the card and for Amex it's the 4 digits on the front of the card.

My Credit card declined and I see a hold, why?

If your cc card declined there might be a pending charge which will be released.

How do I check the balance on my page plus phone?

Text BAL to 7243 and they will send you back a text with your balance.

What's the billing cycle for page plus plans?

Page plus billing cycle is month to date

If I'm out of minutes, text or data can I upgrade to the next plan before the monthly renewal date?

Yes you could upgrade your plan at any time and your new plan will start immediately.

If I'm out of minutes, text or data and I don't want to upgrade my plan what are my options?

You could add a cash balance that will be debited 5 cents per minute, text or 1 MB data.

I'm out of minutes, text or data can I make an early renewal on the same plan before the month is over?

Yes you can, after refilling a Page Plus representative will need to reset the plan. They could be reached at 800-550-2436 or by calling World of Communications at 718-831-7007 during business hours. Please note that the $12 plan early renewal can only be done by calling a Page Plus representative.

If I refill before the month expired will the refill stack for the monthly renewal date?

If it is the same plan or of lesser value it will be stacked. If it is an upgrade than it will renew immediately.

If I change plans will it take effect immediately or will it roll over on my renewal date?

If it is the same plan or of lesser value it will be stacked. If it is an upgrade than it will renew immediately.

How can I avoid the few hour laps of service that accurse on my renewal date?

In order to avoid the laps of service you can; dial #737 after midnight of your renewal date, follow the prompts to enter your refill pin.

How are minutes deducted by seconds or minutes?

The minutes are deducted by minutes on all minute plans.

No, approved link refills are instant it will not stack for the renewal date.

If I change plans will it take effect immediately or will it roll over on my renewal date.

All plans loaded will take effect immediately.

What's the billing cycle for approved link plans?

Approved link plans expire 31 days from the date loaded.

Can I start a new month if im out of minutes before the month is over?

Yes, Just refill the plan you would like to have and the new month will start immediately.

How do I listen to my voice mail?

Speed dial 1 and then enter your 4 digit pass code.

If I mistakenly refilled the wrong plan what are my options?

If the new plan is not activated you can call us at 718-831-7007 to switch the plan. If however the plan is activated then there is basically nothing what we can do about it, sorry.

I refilled my phone and my service is not working.

It could take up to 5 minutes for the refill to be completed. If after 5 minutes the phone is still not working, remove the battery for 30 seconds. If it's still not working call customer service at 718-831-7007.

How long does it take to port my number?

Porting time will vary by company in general it's at a max of 72 hours.
