GENERAL

All customers are subject to carriers’ terms and conditions in addition to those of this site

WOC is not responsible for and will not update if carriers change their plans and policies

Customers are also subject to terms and conditions of promotional and/or seasonal plans

FEES AND TAXES

All transactions are taxable according to NY state taxation laws, and changes in local state laws will be strictly adhered to.

In accordance with the law, WOC will only exempt an order from taxes if the tax exemption form is on file.

No refund will be issued to back transactions that have already been taxed.

FRAUD & VIRUSES

WOC cannot be held responsible for credit card fraudulence

WOC cannot be held responsible for identity theft or viruses

WOC assumes no responsibility as to the safety and validity of ad or links

CUSTOMER LIABILITY

By using this website and our phone services, customers confirm that the information they provide is authentic, valid, up to date, and their own true information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately notify WOC of any complications with their refill. Failure to notify within 3 hours will result in forfeiture of any refund claims.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify WOC if any rate changes are made.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify WOC by email or phone In the event that a customer changes from a monthly plan to a standard plan or vsv.

COMPANY RIGHTS

WOC reserves the right to change, modify and and/or alter it services without prior notice. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. WOC also reserves the right to terminate services in the event of misuse or abuse

WOC makes no promises that plans and/or services are supported by customers’ devices, unless where clearly stated

In the event of carrier outage, no compensation will be paid from WOC’s end

WOC is not responsible for the following:

  • Website error and bugs
  • Any typographical errors
  • Wrong email address submitted by customer
  • Unforeseen mistakes processed by site or site managers
  • Customer failure to select accurate plan and number
  • In the event that a monthly plan will be extended from the original renewal date, the charge will be prorated with the existing daily rate. (Based on the current monthly plan divided by days in example the monthly unlimited plan rate is 1.33 per day)

    REFILLS

    WOC assumes no responsibility for delayed refill transactions, and offers no reimbursements as such.

    When changing from monthly to standard subscriptions plans, it is the customer’s responsibility to call in and speak with a live representative to enact such change.

    WOC assumes no responsibility for any payments lost due to porting, and offers no reimbursements as such.

    Customer assumes responsibility for duplicate transactions and/or losses due to duplicate transactions.

    All upgrades are instantaneously put in effect.

    AUTO REFILLS

    Checking ‘Auto Refill’ on the online order form is the equivalent of providing a signature. Customer is thereby authorizing WOC to automatically charge their credit card on a monthly basis.

    In order to cancel an auto-recharge plan, customer must request the same in writing a minimum of 10 days before the renewal date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full month.

    Any unbilled charges will become immediately due and payable include, without limitation, a disconnect fee if applicable.

    In the event that a customer’s credit card is not 100% valid or is declined, no refills will be issued, including automatic refill transactions.

    WOC is not responsible to notify customers of declined transactions.

    CHARGEBACKS

    Any and all credit card chargeback fees – including accompanying processing fees – will be forward to the customer’s responsibility.

    PINS

    Pins payments or refills are non-refundable.

    WOC is not responsible for service days lost due to upgrade or duplicate refill.

    WOC is not responsible for payments lost due to upgrade or duplicate refill.

    WOC assumes NO responsibility for pins lost by customer due to information discrepancy.

    Customer authorizes WOC to move payment or pin in the event such action is necessary.

    CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

    Checking terms and conditions on the online order form is the equivalent of providing a signature. Customer is thereby authorizing WOC to charge their credit card.

    WOC offers store credit only - no credit card refunds.

    WOC reserves the right to charge cards in advance before set renewal date.

    WOC cannot be held responsible for credit card fraudulence.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to inform WOC of updates to credit card, address and phone number information.

    By signing standard WOC documents, customer authorizes WOC to charge their credit card(s), and agrees to never charge back without written permission from WOC.
